How to Start the Day with a Stretch

– Hamstring Stretch: Sit down on ground with right leg extended out in front of you and left knee bent towards chest; lean forward until feeling stretch in back thigh. Hold for 30 seconds then switch sides (left leg extended out). Hold for 30 seconds.
– Chest Stretch: Sit down on ground with feet shoulder width apart and knees bent, back straight; reach hands behind to grab opposite elbows then pull towards chest. Hold for 30 seconds, release and repeat two more times.
